My Kids Agency Ltd takes your privacy seriously and is GDPR compliant company and follows the Data Protection Act 1998. This privacy policy explains the information we collect and how it is used and protected.

My Kids Agency are the data controller and hold all personal and sensitive information of the model, as well as contact details (email address, contact number, address) of the model’s parent/legal guardian, and on occasion personal and sensitive information of the parent/legal guardian.
We take your personal and sensitive data seriously and we know how vital it is to protect the data of any person aged 16 or younger.
When filling out the application form we are the only party to view and hold this information unless you have been accepted to the agency, then we will share the necessary information with our clients if they require it for selecting a model for an assignment. If you are not accepted to the agency all information is permanently deleted and removed from our system.
Model’s and where appropriate parent/legal guardian’s personal and sometimes sensitive information such as date of birth, appearance details (ethnicity, height etc), dietary requirements and allergies, skills, talents and any disabilities or health information can be shared with clients when they are making bookings to ensure they are made accurately and all the correct procedures are in place. Clients include, but not limited to, photographers, photographic agencies, TV, film, advertising agencies, production companies, theatre companies, fashion houses, freelancers in the industry such a production freelancers and casting directors.
We use your personal data to maintain our database and for the processing of model contracts. We will only ever use your data for the purposes it was collected for.
Any information we hold is only accessible by staff or anyone we employ on a freelance basis, this is only when necessary and all have been fully trained on how to store and remove personal and sensitive information and know the rules on all the data procedures.
We hold both electronic and physical systems to store data. The electronic database is securely encrypted and monitored by My Kids Agency. We control who we allow to have access to the model’s profiles and all must have a login and password to access them.
We must hold on file personal data, contact details (of the parent/legal guardian) and bank details of the model and if applicable the parent for 6 years after the end of the model’s contract or if the contract gets terminated at any point. After this period of time all information is permanently deleted and removed from our system.
By being involved with My Kids Agency, doing assignments and castings can produce further personal information. Such as images and footage from shoots which have been produced that we have been sent from the client or found on social media, online or other available sources we may use this on our own platforms such as My Kids Agency’s website or My Kids social media accounts, And occasionally any press articles relating to My Kids Agency.
By joining My Kids Agency, you are also signing up to our mailing list which we use to send you information in relation to the agency and that is relevant to you. We might from time to time share any marketing emails with you. We do not share your information with third parties apart from if needed to our clients. If you do not wish to be registered to this mailing list please unsubscribe on the next email you receive or email info@mykidsagency.com and we will remove you immediately.
Third parties such as our clients include, but not limited to, photographers, photographic agencies, TV, film, advertising agencies, production companies, theatre companies, fashion houses, freelancers in the industry such as production freelancers and casting directors, we are not responsible in ensuring that they follow the Data Protection Act and therefore when signing up to My Kids Agency you are agreeing us to share your personal information and your child’s/children’s personal and sensitive information with these third parties for purpose of trying to gain assignments.
Some of our third parties (clients) may be located outside of the EEA. These parties must follow our Terms & Conditions and adhere to our Privacy Policy. Please note that by giving us your data you will be giving consent to the data being transferred outside of the EEA. We are not responsible in ensuring that they follow the Data Protection Act and therefore when signing up to My Kids Agency you are agreeing us to share your personal information and your child’s/children’s personal and sensitive information with these third parties for purpose of trying to gain assignments.
You can always request to see the details of all the personal information we hold about you under the Data Protection Act 1998. Please email us at info@mykidsagency.com if you would like to see this information.
We will not sell, lease or distribute your personal information to third parties without your permission. We will only share your personal data with clients, freelancers, suppliers and contractors who work with us and provide us any services under contract with them that all information shared is kept strictly confidential and secure at all times.
My Kids Agency might have to share your personal data if required by law to do so. This could be with HMRC for tax reasons or the civil force of state.
